Can I get a refund or exchange on my watch strap?

You are always welcome to a refund or exchange for the items you’ve purchased at Stevo Watch Straps. You have 14 days (from the delivery date) to decide if an item is right for you. Please send an email to stevowatchstraps@gmail.com if you have a concern.

Refund or Exchange

If your item(s) are in their original undamaged and unused condition, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please return in its original packaging (I don’t expect the packaging to be undamaged as it’s been opened).

Please ship by domestic letter with a tracking number. For international customers, please ship with a tracking number. A tracking number will speed up the process and will show that your parcel is on its way back to me.

Unfortunately, I can’t fund return shipping in instances where you’ve have changed your mind or you’ve ordered the wrong size. There are free downloadable instructions in my store on how to find the correct size for your watch and your wrist.

The colours of my products are also represented as accurately as possible by me, but please bear in mind that all devices render colours slightly differently.

Returning a Damaged or Faulty Item

I’m sorry that you received a damaged or faulty item. Please return this item to me as soon as possible so that I can process the refund or exchange. Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return. I will fund your return shipping when an item is faulty, delivered damaged or I shipped the wrong item to you.

Feel free to choose your preferred option- refund or exchange, although I reserve the right to change the available compensation depending on the condition of the items returned.

Please note:

Damage caused by incorrect fitting or while being used, worn or handled by the purchaser is not eligible for an exchange or refund. If I’m unable to put it back into stock, I will not be able to accept your return and I will have to send it back to you.

Stevo Watch Straps and Stephen Morrison are not liable for any damage resulting from rough or incorrect fitting. No refund, exchange or compensation can be given for straps or watches damaged by rough or incorrect fitting whether by the purchaser or their agent. If you’re unsure how to fit your new strap, do not attempt it. Most jewellers or watchmakers will fit a strap for a small fee.

Returning an Incorrect Item

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to me, and once inspected, I'll refund or exchange it for you.

How to Return a Purchased Item

• Would you like a refund or exchange? (If exchange, please specify the item you would like to exchange for).

A return authorisation will be emailed to you.

I will fund the return shipping charges when returning items delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect items shipped by me.

I’ll send you an email as soon as I’ve received your return in its original condition and have processed your return.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, your request must be made within 2 hours of purchase. Please email me at stevowatchstraps@gmail.com. However, once an order is processing it can’t be cancelled.

What Happens Next?

A returned item will be inspected upon arrival. If the condition an item has been returned in is inappropriate (e.g. signs of use or damage from incorrect fitting) and I’m unable to put it back into stock, I will not be able to accept your return and I will have to send it back to you.

If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive a refund within 10 business days via the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item.
